The X Factor is a singing talent search television program
which has originated in the United
Kingdom by Fremantle Media, and Fox
Broadcasting Company. X Factor is now being franchised worldwide and
continuously growing up its members. This show is produced by SYCOtv, the
company of Simon Cowell.
The X Factor has similarity with the Pop Idol for the concept as singing
competition. The difference is on the
manner of judging. In X Factor the judges help in mentoring the finalists in
choosing competition songs together with their style and fashion. Furthermore,
the contestants in the other competing categories join in judging the
finalists. On the other hand only the
judges are involved in judging Pop Idol contestants.
